   Smt. Jaya Row uses her background of Science and Management to communicate Vedanta effectively to the educated elite. Her seminars for corporate executives have had a deep impact. At the "Primal Group Senior Managers' Conference" she was rated best speaker by the participants. Her seminars help evolve a management style that is not only successful but uniquely Indian.    Smt. Row's discourses on the Bhagavad-Gita draw large audiences in India and abroad. She addresses elite groups of industrialists, businessmen, the Consular Corps and other expatriates. These discourses are sponsored by leading corporate bodies like the Tata Group - Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, HDFC, Asian Paints, Unichem Laboratories, Piramal Enterprises etc.

   Smt. Row has been honoured with the Harit Rashi Award by the Maharana Mewar Foundation in recognition of her contribution to society. The other awardees this year were the Dalai Lama, Richard Attenborough, Anna Hazare and other luminaries.
